McNaught Coaching is a Wellington based training group lead by Head Coach Gene McNaught. Gene provides professional training services for all ages and abilities and over multiple sports. He’s not about “spitting out a generic programme”, his training plans are all about you. Designed to fit in around your busy lifestyle, Gene’s plans are personalised so that you can still spend time with family and friends without having to squeeze in a bike ride at 4am – unless you really want to! And if you prefer to train in a group, he can do that too while offering guidance and advice. There’s something to suit everyone to ensure that you reach your goals and have fun doing it.
